Invited Associate Professor
ICAR institute (Italy)
27e section (Informatique)
I am currently at SeT Lab as an invited associate professor, detached from my Italian job at the ICAR institute of the Italian National Research Council.
My research interests are focused on agent-oriented (or agent-based if you prefer) software engineering. More specifically I work on design methodologies, design patterns for agents and agent design/development tools. This activity often involves other topics like self-organization, agent architectures/languages, workflow management and expert systems. Some attention I also devoted in the past to standardization activities that I consider particularly important for a serious application of software engineering techniques in the agent field.
More about my past research activities (and publications) can be found at my home page hosted by the ICAR institute.
